Falling for Fall

Denise and I arrived at 3:00 on Wednesday, 10/4/17. The weather was clear and the air was crisp and it felt wonderful. At 4, UPS showed up with a big smile and 500 tulips. We’re planting tulips this fall because we would like to have some early flowers before the peonies come around. 450 white double tulips and 200 white ranunculus. Peonies on the left were just found in 2016, there seemed to be wild bed of tansy here, and quackgrass, of course.
